The service

QuotaFix is a one-time-payment web tool that scans your Gmail account for recoverable storage and deletes selected emails on your behalf. The service costs €1.99 per cleanup session.

What you authorise

By connecting your Google account and completing payment, you authorise QuotaFix to move selected emails to your Gmail trash folder. You review and select which categories to clean before any deletion occurs.

Payment and refunds

Payment is processed by Stripe. The €1.99 fee is charged once per cleanup session. Due to the immediate nature of the service (emails are deleted upon payment), refunds are not available once the cleanup has been executed. If the cleanup fails due to a technical error on our side, we will issue a full refund.

No guarantees on storage recovery

Storage estimates shown during the audit are approximate. Google's storage counter may take up to 24 hours to update after cleanup. We cannot guarantee a specific amount of storage recovered.

Limitation of liability

QuotaFix deletes only emails you explicitly select. We are not responsible for emails deleted in error if you selected a category containing emails you wished to keep. We recommend reviewing the category descriptions carefully before confirming cleanup.

QuotaFix is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Google LLC.
